Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Serve as a trusted HPEFS advisor to channel partners, providing expert guidance on financial solutions, asset lifecycle services, and promotions that support HPE’s broader portfolio.
  • Work directly with partner sales reps and end-user customers to position HPEFS solutions that accelerate sales cycles, improve deal economics, and drive mutual growth.
  • Develop customized HPEFS proposals and structures that align with customer needs and partner sales strategies, collaborating closely with HPE sales, distributors, and partners.
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate funnel entries, tracking deal progress, and maintaining forecasting discipline.
  • Achieve assigned quota for HPEFS solutions tied to HPE products, services, and software across designated accounts or territories.
  • Support joint account planning with HPE and partner teams to identify white space, uncover demand, and drive incremental HPE revenue through financing solutions.
  • Influence partner organizations to adopt and integrate HPEFS offerings into their go-to-market strategy and customer conversations.
  • Regularly meet with partners and customers (virtually and in person) to deliver value messaging, uncover needs, and close deals.
  • Ensure partner and customer engagements align with HPE legal, risk, and governance practices.
  • Actively promote HPEFS tools, programs, and digital platforms to enhance partner self-sufficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HPE category, product, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution and deal success.
  • Required to be onsite at partner location 3 days a week

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, channel, or partner management—preferably in IT, financial services, or technology solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including HPE partners, distributors, and end-user sales motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across partner and customer organizations to craft compelling proposals and close complex deals.
  • Familiarity with HPEFS offerings and value propositions—or the ability to quickly learn and articulate them.
  • Proficient in funnel management and forecasting principles; able to coach partners on pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and sales enablement tools preferred.

HPESF Responsable de compte commercial

Responsabilités

  • Agir en tant que conseiller HPEFS de confiance auprès des partenaires de distribution, en leur fournissant des conseils d’expert sur les solutions financières, les services liés au cycle de vie des actifs et les promotions qui soutiennent le portefeuille élargi de HPE.

  • Élaborer des propositions et des structures HPEFS personnalisées, alignées sur les besoins des clients et les stratégies commerciales des partenaires, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, les distributeurs et les partenaires de HPE.
  • Gérer proactivement un pipeline d’opportunités, en garantissant l’exactitude des entrées dans l’entonnoir, en suivant l’avancement des transactions et en maintenant une rigueur prévisionnelle.
  • Atteindre les quotas assignés pour les solutions HPEFS liées aux produits, services et logiciels HPE sur les comptes ou territoires désignés.
  • Soutenir la planification conjointe des comptes avec les équipes HPE et partenaires afin d’identifier les marges de manœuvre, de découvrir la demande et de générer des revenus supplémentaires pour HPE grâce à des solutions de financement.
  • Inciter les organisations partenaires à adopter et à intégrer les offres HPEFS dans leur stratégie de commercialisation et leurs échanges avec les clients.
  • Rencontrer régulièrement les partenaires et les clients (virtuellement et en personne) afin de transmettre des messages de valeur, de cerner les besoins et de conclure des affaires.
  • S'assurer que les engagements des partenaires et des clients sont conformes aux pratiques juridiques, de gestion des risques et de gouvernance de HPE.
  • Promouvoir activement les outils, programmes et plateformes numériques HPE pour améliorer l'autonomie et la productivité des partenaires.
  • Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes HPE catégorie, produit et vente afin de garantir une exécution cohérente et la réussite des affaires.
  • Présence requise chez le partenaire 3 jours par semaine.

Formation Et Expérience Requises

  • Bachalaureat souhaitée.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente, en gestion de canaux de distribution ou en gestion de partenaires, de préférence dans l'informatique, les services financiers ou la vente de solutions technologiques.
  • Excellente compréhension de l'écosystème des canaux de distribution informatique, notamment des partenaires HPE, des distributeurs et des processus de vente aux utilisateurs finaux.
  • Capacité avérée à collaborer avec les organisations partenaires et clients pour élaborer des propositions convaincantes et conclure des affaires complexes.
  • Familiarité avec les offres et propositions de valeur HPEFS, ou capacité à les assimiler et à les articuler rapidement.
  • Maîtrise des principes de gestion de l'entonnoir et de prévision ; capacité à accompagner les partenaires sur l'hygiène du pipeline et la précision des prévisions.
  • Motivation, organisation et orientation résultats, avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Expérience avec Salesforce, les portails partenaires et les outils d'aide à la vente, un atout.
