The role reports to the Director of Housing and leads day-to-day tenant services across social and affordable housing programs with a focus on compliant operations, staff development, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in a relevant field; Property Management Professional Designation preferred.
• Minimum five years in social and affordable housing or related government administration.
• Supervisory/management experience in Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to the Director as well as other managers concerning direct delivery of services provided by the division.
• Oversee day-to-day tenant services delivered through Housing Services programs.
• Manage staff, budgets, and reports; ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet county and provincial requirements.
• Direct rent increase administration and LTB administration; support eviction prevention strategies.
