Job summary

Stonehenge Therapeutic Community in Guelph, Ontario, is hiring Housing Support Staff for a full-time on-site role within the PSH program. You will support tenants, facilitate psychoeducational activities, and help maintain a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach.

Rotational 10-hour shifts include on-call duties, with premiums for overnight hours and some weekends/holidays. Qualifications include a relevant college diploma or degree in mental health or social services, plus at least six months

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree relevant to mental health, addiction, or social services.
• Minimum six months of progressive experience in addictions or mental health; trauma-informed practice asset.
• Valid G Driver’s License with satisfactory MVR; willingness to transport clients when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and crisis support to tenants.
• Support tenants in daily activities, outings, and visits.
• Lead and participate in programs; facilitate crisis intervention and supportive counseling.
• Administer documentation such as program notes and incident reports.
• Support health, safety, and transport needs for tenants as required.
• Attend mandatory trainings and on-call duties on rotation.
