Job summary

CivicInfo BC is seeking a Housing Manager to lead the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Housing Program, directing operations, tenancy administration and policy implementation. You will manage housing stock, budget coordination with Finance, and supervise the Housing Coordinator and Tenant Relations Coordinator.

This role requires a post-secondary degree in Public Administration or related field, at least five years in housing or tenancy administration, and strong knowledge of BC tenancy law and First Nations

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Public Administration, Business, Housing Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum five years in housing, property management or tenancy administration with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of BC Residential Tenancy Act and First Nations housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the housing program, including tenancy administration, rent collection and arrears management.
• Oversee housing stock, condition assessments and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and administer the housing budget in coordination with Finance.
• Lead policy updates to align with BC Residential Tenancy Act and treaty context.
• Supervise the Housing Coordinator and Tenant Relations Coordinator.
