Summary of Function: The full-time Housing and Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager and other executives on projects such as advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, data collection and analysis, and leasing administration for a portfolio of residential properties. Some weekend, after-hours work, and travel to various sites may be required based on business needs.
