What will be your daily pursuit?

Your daily pursuit is leading the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring every room reflects our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this position is $20.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

• Assist in management of all aspects of housekeeping operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, performance management, etc.
• Communicate with front desk and management to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready upon arrival.
• Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized.
• Invest in the housekeeping team through training and teaching.
• Maintain quality control through room inspections.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary.
• Keep records of safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisors.
• Assist with setup of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a versatile team member capable of completing various duties.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• 1-2 years of housekeeping management experience required.
• Prior high-volume hotel/seasonal housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest satisfaction.
• Willing and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and high standards of cleaning and sanitizing.
• Organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Kind, friendly, and always bringing your best.
• Effective communicator, open to suggestions and solutions.
