Job description

Your daily pursuit is leading the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring every room reflects our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

What will your compensation be?
The starting salary for this position is $20.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

• Assist in management of all aspects of housekeeping operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, performance management, etc.
• Communicate with front desk and management to ensure guest rooms are clean and prepared.
• Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized.
• Invest in housekeeping team through training and teaching.
• Maintain quality control through room inspection.
• Assist with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary.
• Record potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate to supervisor.
• Assist with setup of rooms for events, meetings, conferences, and banquets.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a utility player capable of completing various job duties.

What skills and experience do you need?

• 1-2 years housekeeping management experience required.
• Prior high-volume hotel/seasonal housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and high cleaning standards.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Kind, friendly, and proactive communication skills.
• Helpful, flexible, and able to handle unexpected situations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to have fun.
