What the Role Entails

You will ensure rooms are spotless, well-maintained, fully stocked, and look fantastic, ready on time. You will lead, train, and motivate the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, organizing their activities to ensure smooth operations. Your work is vital to our success, and you should take pride in it.

What You Need

  • 1-3 years of Housekeeping experience
  • Proven leadership potential
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Experience in room cleaning, customer service, hotel/hospitality, or supervisory roles is beneficial
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (e.g., pushing carts, lifting mattresses, bending, kneeling)
  • Leadership, integrity, and coaching skills
  • Excellent organization and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • First aid certification is a plus
