Job summary

Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort in Prince Edward Island, located in St. Peters, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join the spa team. You will maintain cleanliness of cottages and public areas, manage linens, and support hydrotherapy areas while delivering excellent guest service.

• Housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing.
• Ensure cottages are cared for and inspected to high standards.
• Assist with linen and laundry for hydrotherapy.
• Notify superiors of damages or issues.
• Check stock levels of consumables and replenish as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate with spa team to maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

Job description

Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort is Prince Edward Island’s first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters, Mysa offers a wide range of spa and relaxation services including Scandinavian hot baths, essential oil steam rooms, cold water plunges, a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, meditation, and relaxation sessions. The resort also includes 17 water view accommodations, top-tier food and beverage service, and provides residents and visitors with a place to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh.

As a Housekeeper, You Will

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all cottages are cared for and inspected according to high standards
• Assist with linen and laundry of hydrotherapy
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Work along side of the spa team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
