Job Description

Join our Housekeeping Team at Novotel York Centre. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and comfort, and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

• Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hygiene standards and hotel procedures.
• Ensure rooms are attractive and well-presented.
• Check that equipment is functioning properly and report anomalies.
• Ensure guest documentation in rooms is complete and up-to-date.
• Handle lost property following procedures.
• Use cleaning products responsibly and in accordance with guidelines.
• Care for hotel equipment, welcome gifts, and linen.
• Clean and restock the trolley daily.

Qualifications
