Job summary

King George Motel Ltd. in Surrey, BC is seeking a self-motivated Housekeeping attendant with strong interpersonal skills. The role is permanent, full-time, and offers payment at 23 CAD per hour for a standard 40-hour work week.

Selected candidates will start as soon as possible. Training will be provided to ensure clean, comfortable accommodations for guests and a smooth daily operation of housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Stock the linen closet.
• Respond to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
