Job summary

Baycrest Hospital is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join the Environmental Services team in the Main Complex. You will perform cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, washrooms, nursing stations, and public areas to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.

The role is permanent part-time, with day shifts including weekends. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and employees benefit from a supportive team and opportunities to work with the elderly in a geriatric care setting.

Qualifications

• Current high school completion or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is an asset.
• Effective customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
