Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Aide in a Long Term Care setting to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents. You will contribute to residents' comfort and dignity while collaborating with a caring team.

Wage leveling rate is $25.82 per hour, with a competitive compensation package and benefits. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or approved equivalent is required.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough cleaning of residents' rooms and common areas.

You will be a welcomed member of the Long Term Care team at Community, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents’. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

How You’ll Succeed

1. Provide Thorough Cleaning
   • Provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing of the residents’ rooms as well as the common areas in the community
   • Ensure the supplies are suitable and the equipment is in proper working order
   • Deliver the cleaning in a positive and professional manner
2. Provide Resident Privacy and Room Preparation
   • Ensure residents' privacy is respected
   • Prepare rooms for new Residents ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming

Who You are:
