Job summary

Sienna Senior Living’s Muskoka Shores Community in Gravenhurst, ON seeks a Housekeeping Aide in Long Term Care. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living space for residents, building meaningful relationships and contributing to daily comfort and dignity.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care with a focus on privacy, teamwork, and ongoing service excellence within a supportive LTC team.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• Must pass Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Applicants in British Columbia must pass Criminal Records Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough cleaning of residents' rooms and common areas.

As a Housekeeping Aide in Long Term Care, you'll do more than simply perform your daily tasks; you'll build impactful relationships with the individuals who consider Muskoka Shores Community their home. How You’ll Succeed

• Provide Thorough Cleaning
• Provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing of the residents’ rooms as well as the common areas in the community
• Ensure the supplies are suitable and the equipment is in proper working order
• Deliver the cleaning in a positive and professional manner
• Provide Resident Privacy and Room Preparation
• Ensure residents' privacy is respected
• Prepare rooms for new Residents ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming

Who You Are

• Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent
