Job summary

Aramark Canada is hiring a Housekeeper for a remote lodge near Wawa, ON. You will maintain cleanliness across facilities, clean 25+ rooms daily, and ensure a safe, welcoming guest environment at a remote site.

Role includes rotation 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, transportation to and from select locations, and comprehensive benefit packages. Prior cleaning experience is preferred and strong attention to detail is essential.

Aramark Remote Workplace Services is hiring Housekeepers to work at a remote lodge near WAWA, ON. The role involves maintaining the overall cleanliness of our facilities, cleaning up to 25+ rooms per day, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co‑workers.
• Keep all assigned ancillary and department areas and corridors clean, neat, and sanitary, following safety and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Inspect and apply appropriate cleaning techniques as outlined in orientation guidelines.
• Use housekeeping equipment and solutions efficiently and safely under supervision.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment as needed.
• Apply universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio‑hazardous materials.
• Keep cleaning cart stocked, ensure chemicals are accurately labeled, and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.

Physical Demands

Benefits

Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided from Thunder Bay, ON/White River, ON, and a travel allowance is available for some areas further away. Rotation schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
