Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 in Whistler, BC. You will be part of a energetic team dedicated to delivering spotless guest spaces and a warm mountain welcome.

Starting wage is $20 CAD per hour, with full-time hours available during peak season. The role includes comprehensive benefits, employee discounts, and ski passes, making it ideal for those who love the outdoors and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping is helpful.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle hazardous cleaning chemicals as required.
• Clean and maintain guest spaces to high standards.
• Replenish amenities and maintain cleanliness across all areas.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
• Follow safety and health guidelines at all times.
• Attend training and adapt to property standards.

Job Summary

We affectionately refer to our housekeeping team as the Heart of the House. and you will be trained to assist in all areas of housekeeping operations! These jobs are great for those who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done; who like working in a team environment and want to play in the great outdoors!

Job Specifications

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to safely work with hazardous and caustic chemicals


• Ability to perform well under pressure


• Exhibits high productivity in all cleaning assignments, including but not limited to replenishing of required amenities in all guest spaces as assigned


• Retention of training, and seeking further knowledge as you learn more about your assigned role and role requirements


• Always maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor


• Willingness and ability to handle and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment as required based off your specified property


• Other duties as assigned
