Job summary

Roseway Manor, a 66-bed long-term care home in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Residents. You will work as part of a team to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace of mind, with responsibilities including cleaning, sanitizing common areas, and following health and safety practices.

Prior cleaning experience is valued; WHMIS certification and a clean vulnerable sector check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, preferably in nursing home is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• English reading, speaking and writing is required for communication.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
