Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to help improve the profitability of Operations while ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, and quality. The role focuses on driving sales and controlling costs, with responsibilities across staffing, training, and compliance.

This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and certifications as needed; you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and implement standards that meet Aramark's procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
• Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
• Audit service and quality on a regular basis.
• Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis.
• Supervise day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner per Aramark policies and procedures.
• Support training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.
• Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues.
• Supervisor accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
• Ensure staffing level consistent with established guidelines and make daily adjustments based on business needs.
• All employees to be trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedure
