JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Interacting with guests to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay.
  • Some bookkeeping experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in building maintenance, housekeeping, or guest services is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in hospitality is advantageous.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility with schedules and a team-oriented attitude.

DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and review hotel operations and administrative workflows.
  • Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, and oversee daily property upkeep.
  • Handle reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and attend to guest needs.
  • Participate in small-town community life.
  • Establish work schedules, procedures, and coordinate tasks with departments.
  • Hire and train staff on duties, safety, and policies.
  • Manage supplies and materials requisition.
  • Resolve work-related issues and prepare reports such as incident reports.
