Level is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to perform drywall repair, patching, and painting across guest suites and public areas in Vancouver properties. You will work discreetly around guests, coordinate with Guest Services, and diagnose maintenance issues to coordinate with specialists as needed.

The role requires 2+ years painting experience, maintenance background in hotels or residential properties, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential or commercial painting experience.
• Maintenance experience in residential or hotel properties.
• Relevant trade or technical certification (an asset).
• High school diploma.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, service-minded attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Basic computer skills.
• A high standard of personal hygiene, grooming, and attire.

Responsabilités

• Handle drywall repair, patching, and painting in guest suites and common areas to hospitality standards.
• Work discreetly around guests and maintain security on guest floors and occupied suites.
• Coordinate with Guest Services when issues affect a guest's stay.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and coordinate with trades when needed.
• Assist with furniture moves and special maintenance tasks as directed by Supervisors/Operations Manager.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely.
• Report safety hazards or defects to the Operations Manager immediately.
• Travel between multiple sites to complete repairs as needed (personal vehicle required).

• Perform other duties as assigned.
