Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Estevan is seeking a dependable maintenance worker for a motel setting.

You will operate industrial vacuums, perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and coordinate with tradespersons for major repairs. Additionally, you will contact contractors, move heavy furniture and supplies, perform safety checks and routine painting or drywall tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances.
• Perform safety and security checks.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
