Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding machines.
• Strong attention to detail to inspect linens for stains or wear.
• Ability to multitask and work with a housekeeping team.
• Follow safety policies when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guest and employee interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with scheduling needs.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Keep supervisors informed of challenges or issues requiring attention.
• Inspect and clean lint traps every six hours to ensure safety and equipment performance.
• Sort all hotel linens by type, color, and size.
• Wash, transfer, and dry linens using proper procedures and safe work practices.
