Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Food Safe certificate is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the main dishwasher and hand washing station.
• Keep the kitchen organized and sanitized during shift.
• Stock cleaning supplies and assist in basic kitchen prep.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sous Chef and Head Chef.
