Job summary

Interstate Batteries Canada is seeking a dependable delivery/warehouse professional to support route management and battery refurbishing. You will operate deliveries, restock stock, and assist Route Managers to ensure timely service to dealers.

The role requires a valid Class 5 license with Air Brake endorsement, ability to operate a forklift, and comfortable handling batteries in a warehouse environment. A clean driving record and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and forklift.
• Must have a valid Class 5 license with Air Brake endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
• Customer focus and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the Hot Shots and assigned routes on a timely basis as needed
• Load and unload batteries from all trucks
• Restock batteries, and all other warehouse duties required
• Refurbish batteries for sale through the Econo program
• Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations
• Charge, test, clean, and date-adjust batteries
• Accurately complete reports and claims
