Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is seeking a Host, VIP Experiences to deliver exceptional hospitality for our valued guests across venues and events. You will support Executive Office, Global Partnerships and Premium programs, and manage personalized concierge services for executives, partners, and talent.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality or premium guest services, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, premium guest services or related customer experience roles.
  • Experience supporting C‑suite executives, senior leaders, corporate partners, or high‑profile guests is an asset.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and make decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for allocated VIP guests before, during, and after events.
  • Support hospitality experiences for Executive Office, Global Partnerships, Premium and VIP programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for executives, athletes, celebrities, and other distinguished guests.
  • Execute event-day operations including guest registration, VIP arrivals, and hospitality activations.
  • Build strong cross‑team relationships to elevate guest experiences.

Your unique perspective, transferable skills, and lived experience may be exactly what we’re looking for. **Job DescriptionAs a Host, VIP Experiences, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for MLSE's most valued guests across our portfolio of world-class venues and events.Supporting the Executive Office, Global Partnerships, Premium, and MLSE's VIP programs (VIP Select and RESERVE), you will help execute personalized hospitality experiences for executives, corporate partners, premium members, talent, athletes, celebrities, and other distinguished guests.This role combines concierge service, relationship management, and event operations. From coordinating bespoke experiences before arrival to delivering flawless execution on event day, you will serve as a trusted representative of MLSE, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and discretion.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. They anticipate guest needs, remain calm under pressure, and consistently create memorable experiences through thoughtful service, operational excellence, and genuine hospitality.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for assigned VIP guests before, during, and after events, delivering personalized concierge-level service.Support hospitality experiences for the Executive Office, Global Partnerships, Premium, and other key corporate stakeholders.Deliver exceptional experiences for members of MLSE's VIP Select and RESERVE programs through proactive relationship management and personalized service.Coordinate hospitality and logistics for executives, athletes, celebrities, talent, and other distinguished guests, including transportation, credentialing, arrivals, departures, and event movements.Execute event-day operations including guest registration, accreditation, VIP arrivals, hospitality activations, premium space management, and guest experience delivery.Coordinate personalized amenities, gifting, milestone celebrations, and special concierge requests.Build strong working relationships with Security, Food & Beverage, Venue Operations, Marketing, Public Relations, Legal, Global Partnerships, Premium, Guest Services, and other internal teams.Represent MLSE with professionalism, warmth, and authenticity while serving as a brand ambassador.Exercise exceptional judgment and discretion when managing confidential guest information and executive requests.Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and event information within CRM and hospitality platforms.Identify opportunities to continuously elevate the guest experience and improve hospitality operations.Support additional VIP initiatives, special events, and departmental projects as required.QUALIFICATIONS1–3 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, premium guest services, VIP hosting, protocol, luxury hotels, live events, or a related customer experience role.Experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leaders, corporate partners, or high-profile guests is considered an asset.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage executives, premium members, talent, and distinguished guests.Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs and make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.Experience using CRM and hospitality platforms such as Salesforce, SevenRooms, and event accreditation systems is considered an asset.Knowledge of professional sports, entertainment, hospitality, or live event operations is considered an asset.Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events across MLSE venues as required.Please apply by: Thursday, August 20.Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:$20/hourWe’re glad you’re here.
