Job description

Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar is currently seeking a Reservations Manager.

Our ideal candidate will be able to provide a sense of warmth and hospitality to our guests while balancing the organizational demands of the restaurant and mentoring our team of hosts.

Previous Experience Is Required.

You must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

1. Answering the phone, fielding inquiries, and relaying messages to the appropriate department
2. Take reservations over the phone, online platforms, or in-person
3. Managing the reservation book
4. Recognizing guests by name and remembering their preferences
5. Greeting and seating guests, being the welcoming face of the restaurant
6. Assist with providing a professional coat check service
7. Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience
8. Understand the needs of wait staff to ensure sections are not overcrowded
9. Lead and train other hosts
10. Make decisions and empower others
11. Other duties as assigned

Requirements
