Job summary

Canada Homestay Network in Coquitlam is seeking a Host Ambassador to qualify new and existing host families that meet CHN's standards. The role is full-time, up to 40 hours per week, with a hybrid work setup and an hourly wage of CAD 25.50–27.50.

You will conduct interviews, manage data in the host database, support monthly targets, and build a supportive local community for host families, while traveling to nearby towns as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and sales abilities.
• Ability to promote CHN Host program effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person interviews/visits for new hosts and revisits for existing hosts.
• Conduct pre-screen calls and enter data into our host database.
• Conduct host annual reviews.
• Enter data and supporting documentation following CHN protocols.
• Field inquiries from prospective hosts.
• Support the host team in reaching monthly targets.
• Build a supportive local community for host families.
