Overview Host

Hosts play an important role as the first impression of the restaurant to our guests. With a friendly smile and an upbeat attitude, they ensure guests are seated according to their needs and the situation. They are responsible for acknowledging and thanking each guest sincerely and professionally, whether in person or by phone. Hosts coordinate with team members about available seating options and escort guests to their tables.

The Host/Greeter is accountable for providing an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They promote a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
