The Waterloo Catholic District School Board seeks a qualified Hospitality & Tourism teacher to deliver Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum at St. Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education Centre, in a classroom and kitchen setting.
You will develop lesson plans, support the culinary program, coordinate assessments and cooperative education placements, and liaise with administration. In-person classes are held at St.
All Hospitality and Tourism credit courses follow Ministry of Education guidelines and are accepted as credits towards an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). The Hospitality and Tourism Teacher will report to the Principal of St. Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education Centres.

Culinary Arts & Prep: TFN3C, TFN4C, TFE3E, TFE4E, TFR3C, TFR4C

12:30 – 3:30 PM
Up to 5 hours per week may be added for administrative duties.
Compressed Schedule (each class is 3 hours per day)
5 terms (37 days per term)
$56.80/ hour OCT Certified rate
$46.83/ hour + vacation Uncertified rate
