About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, approachable, and service-driven Hospitality Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a one-person site role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently but can also collaborate well with a broader team. We’re hiring for attitude over experience — if you bring a “yes” mindset, warm presence, and pride in creating a welcoming and organized office environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office presentation and cleanliness; reset common areas, conference rooms, and café/kitchen spaces
  • Ensure supplies and refreshments are consistently stocked and replenished
  • Manage badge allocation using Castle; handle visitor check-ins and access control
  • Book, coordinate, and reset conference rooms as needed
  • Place and receive catering orders for meetings, events, and office-wide functions
  • Coordinate logistics and setup for internal events and gatherings
  • Assist with front desk duties including switchboard operation and directing calls professionally
  • Act as the go-to onsite contact for hospitality and office-related needs

Who You Are:

  • Naturally friendly, positive, and people-oriented
  • Highly dependable and proactive — you notice the details and take initiative
  • Comfortable working solo while maintaining strong communication with a broader support team
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in office or workplace hospitality (e.g., WPX, WeWork, concierge roles) is a plus, but not required
