Job summary

InnVest Hotels seeks an Asset Management and Investments Analyst to focus on investments, asset management and reporting. You will build underwriting models, conduct market research, assist due diligence, coordinate across departments, and prepare investment memorandums for decision-makers.

You will monitor performance, support annual plans and monthly reviews, and contribute to portfolio reporting with strong financial modeling, hospitality market knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial and accounting skills with hospitality real estate exposure.
• Ability to speak and write French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain underwriting models for acquisition opportunities, including operating projections and capital planning.
• Conduct macro and micro market research and integrate findings into investment theses.
• Assist with due diligence and coordinate across internal teams, brokers and lenders.
• Prepare investment memorandums for Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
• Monitor hotel performance against budgets and forecasts; support annual strategic plans.
• Produce KPI reports and portfolio dashboards; assist month-end and year-end reporting.
