Hotel Equities seeks a skilled Carpenter to join our Canadian hospitality team. You will construct, install, and repair fixtures, reading blueprints and ensuring finish carpentry meets safety and design specs to support guest experiences.

Work with project managers, designers, and tradespeople to deliver precise renovations, maintaining safety, quality, and durable finishes in accommodation settings.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with a variety of power tools and carpentry equipment.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and varied environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine project needs.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials with hand and power tools.
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim with focus on finish carpentry.
• Perform renovation and repair tasks to maintain facilities in hospitality settings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; keep a clean site.
• Collaborate with construction professionals and communicate progress and challenges.
• Handle heavy lifting and operate equipment safely with awareness of hazards.
