Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from a CASWE accredited school or equivalent.
• Must be registered with Manitoba College of Social Workers.
• CPR training per employer policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and interventions to individuals, families and groups.
• Lead transitions and assist the healthcare team to facilitate care.
• Maintain relationships, participate in team planning and problem-solving.
• May instruct students and new staff as required.
