Qualifications

• Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
• Experience in a Hospital setting is preferred
• Bilingualism (Advanced level English/French) is required; a formal French test may be conducted to evaluate proficiency
