Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Lead a team of trained Security guards.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Responding to code.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.

As a Hospital Lead Security Guard in a Hospital setting, ability to lead a team of trained Security guards, physical ability and ability to De- escalate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment
