Job summary

Northern Lights School Division #113 in LA RONGE is seeking a full-time Home Visitor Supervisor. The role provides one-on-one support, participates in a home visiting team, and helps families with information and life skills.

Applicants travel to prenatal women/parents of children aged 0–3 years and document interactions for reports and program needs. Qualifications include an Early Childhood Certification and/or a Social Work Degree with supervisory background, a valid driver’s license, vehicle

• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and support in early childhood development, family and prenatal support.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and obtain a $2,000,000.00 business liability insurance policy. Must be able to travel as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support/supervision for full-time home visitor
• Work collaboratively as part of the home visiting team
• Provide client families with information and life skill development opportunities
• Identify and support prenatal women and/or parents with children aged 0-3 years to develop strong support systems
• Document all contact with families on a continual basis as well as the preparation of other documents and reports as required by KFN
