Job summary

SWMP offers an 8-month Home Service business program where you’ll build a real operation, lead a crew, serve customers, and own financial results. The off-season focuses on planning, sales, and recruitment with direct mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs, followed by a summer of full-time operations managing your own business.

Job description

SWMP is looking for driven, coachable people to run their own Home Service business before they graduate through our 8-month Business Program, starting this winter and wrapping up in the fall.

You’ll spend the off-season (winter/spring - first semester) preparing sales, planning, and recruiting your team with direct mentorship from people who've built real businesses themselves. Then you’ll spend the summer as the general manager of your own operation: leading a crew, serving customers, and owning your financial results.

Program structure:

• Winter and Spring: Business planning, sales training, and team recruitment, supported by hands-on coaching (You will be working half-time while going to classes)

• Summer: Full operational control. You run the business day to day (Full-time)

• Fall: Wrap-up, results review, and case-study-worthy outcomes for your resume

What we look for:
