Job summary

Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy professional to initiate and monitor prescribed therapies in-office and in clients’ homes. You will deliver equipment, conduct in-home visits, and train partners while promoting Medigas products within the medical community.

Requirements include RRT or RN with current registration, 2+ years of related experience, strong customer service skills, ability to lift 60 pounds, and full COVID-19 vaccination.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or RN with current registration.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience; homecare and sales assets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination as per WHO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and clients’ homes.
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment in clients’ homes; lift up to 60 pounds.
• Conduct in-home visits and in-office consultations for sleep and oxygen clients.
• Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions with community partners.
• Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources and healthcare community.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Perform all duties in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support training of new employees and participate in on-call rotation.
