Job summary

Freelancer Prox is seeking a Home Renovator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role oversees renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence, with on-site work across Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, at least five years in home renovation or construction management, strong estimation and planning skills, and the ability to read blueprints and use MS Office and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home renovation or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation needs and preferences.
• Create detailed renovation plans and cost estimates.
• Source and select materials, fixtures, and finishes for each project.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the renovation process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure client satisfaction before project completion.
