Job summary

Handyman Connection is seeking an experienced Home Improvement Tradesperson for year-round, local work in Brantford. You will bid and perform home improvement tasks, collaborating with clients and maintaining high workmanship quality.

The role emphasizes customer service, building code knowledge, and wide-ranging repair skills across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, flooring and tile installation. Independent contractor arrangement with support from Handyman Connection is provided.

Home Improvement Tradesperson

We have year-round work with over 50% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking experienced Craftsmen and Technicians with a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement and Repair Company serving BRANTFORD with excellent customer service and quality work.

• Earn ($40 to $45/hour) depending on your skills, tools and availability,

Responsibilities

The Home Improvement Tradesperson has expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have proper construction skills in your choosen to represent Handyman Connection and yourself, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for tradesmen (and women!) who can bid work and produce it. If you are skilled in any of the below areas, you're the kind of person we want to add to our team:

Requirements

• Must have current Driver's License and Insurance
• Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
• Must pass screening process which includes a background check
• Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
• Registered with WSIB (Preferred but not required)
