Job summary

Handyman Connection is seeking experienced Home Improvement Tradespeople for Brantford-area projects. You will perform a range of home repair and remodeling tasks, bid work, and deliver quality results for a strong client base.

Candidates should have solid construction skills, own tools, a work vehicle, and good references. Flexible scheduling, support from the office, and branded materials are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in remodeling or home repair trades.
• Must have current Driver's License and Insurance.
• Must pass screening process including background check.
• Must have a smart phone and internet access.
• WSIB registration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bid and complete home improvement tasks across multiple trade areas.
• Represent Handyman Connection with professionalism and clear communication.
• Work on finish carpentry, deck/fence repair, painting, drywall, flooring and tile projects.
• Provide reliable scheduling and project updates to clients.

Home Improvement Tradesperson

We have year-round work with over 50% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking experienced Craftsmen and Technicians with a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement and Repair Company serving BRANTFORD with excellent customer service and quality work.

Responsibilities

The Home Improvement Tradesperson has expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have proper construction skills in your choosen to represent Handyman Connection and yourself, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for tradesmen (and women!) who can bid work and produce it. If you are skilled in any of the below areas, you're the kind of person we want to add to our team:

• Finish Carpentry
• Deck and Fence Repair
• Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
• Painting Interior and Exterior
• Drywall Installation and Taping
• Drywall Repair and Patching
• Drywall - Texture Spraying
• Minor Plumbing
• Flooring - Hardwood and Laminate
• Ceramic Tile Installation and Repair

All candidates should be confident in the following areas:

• Great Customer Service and Client Relations
• Knowledge of Building Codes
• Material Management

Requirements
