Job summary

Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. seeks a Home Health Service Coordinator to manage service technicians, liaise with clients, healthcare professionals and vendors, and oversee inventory and billing processes.

The role focuses on coordinating repairs, service delivery, and regulatory compliance to ensure optimal client outcomes. The ideal candidate will handle client assessments, supplier negotiations, training scheduling, and interdepartmental collaboration to support high-quality home health services

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of clients’ repair needs
• Identify and source parts and components from suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records including assessments, equipment specifications, delivery details, and service authorizations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding services
• Provide information, education, and support to clients and families and address equipment-related questions
• Schedule all training for service technicians
• Schedule all in-service appointments for sales representatives and technicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate communication and coordination of care
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for assistive devices
• Schedule equipment inspections, adjustments, and repairs with vendors and technicians
• Assist clients with navigating warranty claims and obtaining loaner equipment
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of service
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Verify clients’ insurance coverage and funding sources
• Coordinate the billing process and submit claims to insurers
• Follow up on claim status and advocate for clients
• Maintain inventory records including quantities, models, serial numbers, and specs
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.
