Job summary

QE Home in Canada is hiring a Sales Associate to warmly welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help customers find pieces that complete their spaces.

You will stay current on product features, maintain merchandising standards, assist with opening/closing, restocking, processing transactions, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests.
• Guide customers through QE Home collections and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; keep store welcoming.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, restocking, and transactions.
• Stay informed on product features, benefits, and promotions.
