Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and décor collections, and help them select pieces to make their home feel complete. You’ll deliver friendly, personalized service, build connections, and contribute to a clean, engaging store atmosphere.

The role requires a passion for home décor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle daily store operations. Open availability including weekends and holidays is preferred.

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.
• A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.
• Build meaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with daily store operations: opening/closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
