Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) for in-person care across community and facility settings. The role supports clients with activities of daily living, under the supervision of a manager, aiming to promote independence and well-being.

Applicants should have a Health Care Aide certificate, Grade 10 education, and a Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license or access to reliable transportation. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 10 education (Manitoba standards).
• Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle or willingness to travel year-round.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients/patients/residents with daily living activities.
• Provide direct client/patient/resident care within established standards.
• Support independence and maintain comfort, privacy, and respect.
• Follow supervision and policies set by the Manager.
