Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients/patients/residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide direct client care within established standards and policies.
• Support independence and maintain comfort, privacy and respect.
• Document care using electronic charting systems where applicable.
• Collaborate with the health care team to meet changing needs.
