Job description

We are seeking a responsible and caring Home Child Care Provider to support our family by providing full-time childcare for our two children (ages 5 and 9). The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, and experienced in caring for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in our home
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (indoor/outdoor play, reading, crafts, etc.)
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
• Assist with homework and school-related activities
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, laundry, etc.)
• Transport children to school or activities if required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny or child care provider
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

This is a full time position (40 hours per week).

Hourly wage is $17.40/hr.

Must reside in and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
