Job summary

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham is seeking a full-time Customer Care Manager to supervise the care team and deliver gold-standard care across the territory. You will travel for spot checks and assessments, drive care planning, and ensure each package aligns with customer needs and preferences.

The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication, with a focus on empowering customers, families, and Care Assistants to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• A social care qualification (Level 3 or willingness to work toward it).
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
• Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager & deputy manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
• Ensure safe, effective, high quality care that responds to each customer’s needs and preferences
• Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
• Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create packages of care for vulnerable adults within their own homes.
• Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care package
• Guiding and supporting Care Experts
• Work effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals and managers and staff from Bluebird Care to deliver high quality care services.
