Anishinabek Employment & Training Services is seeking a Home and Community Care Personal Support Worker to provide in-home care under clinical supervision. You will help create and monitor care plans, support client independence, assist with personal care, meal prep, mobility, and maintain medical records.
The role requires current PSW certification, willingness to travel, valid driver’s license, immunization proof, and ability to work with Indigenous communities.
We provide primary health care through a range of options including prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Our interprofessional teams include health professionals, educators and support workers representing both traditional Indigenous and contemporary models of care and using wholistic health and community development concepts.
This position provides personal support services to home care clients, under the clinical supervision of a Home Care Nurse. Functional supervision will be the designated WNHAC Interprofessional Team Manager.
