LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives in Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role involves helping customers, handling POS transactions, and supporting seasonal campaigns to ensure a memorable holiday shopping experience.
Training is provided online, and you will gain exposure to wine, beer, cider and spirits. The position requires in-store availability, physical activity including lifting up to 40 lbs, and eligibility to work in Canada.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. If you are interested in becoming a friendly, helpful go-to expert for customers during the holiday season, this role is a great opportunity to make a positive impact. Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable.
Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
You must be at least 18 years old.
Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).
Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hour shift).
Christmas Day (December 25).
Boxing Day (December 26).
New Year’s Eve (December 31).
Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
